and participation of the parent your child will learn simplified
gymnastics skills on specialized "scaled down" equipment through
fun music and games, while energy is channeled through nurturing
instruction. Opportunities on all apparatus exist. |

 Parents participate while their children learn
simplified gymnastic skills on our specialized "scaled down" pre- school equipment. This is an excellent class to teach your child to interact with others while enhancing their motor development. Jump, tumble, balance, swing and so much

hour structured classes)
This class is designed to teach body awareness, strength, flexibility,
coordination and challenges gymnasts in all areas: tumbling, trampoline,
balance beam, bars, vault, and more. Skills are progressively taught in a
positive atmosphere. |

Other classes
offered at Excel are high school age gymnastics, adult gymnastics,
cheerleading, cheer -tumbling and dance classes ballet, hip hop.
