| Thank you for inquiring about Birthday
Parties at EXCEL GYMNASTICS.
The Following list of policies has been designed to assure the
safety of all birthday party participants. Your cooperation and
consideration is very much appreciated and imperative so that we may
provide a safe and enjoyable party. Description 2hr Party: 1 1/2 hrs. of supervised gymnastics class, including uneven bars, balance beam, vaulting, floor exercises, parallel bars, rings, high bar, single rail bar, tunnels, hoops, inground trampoline, slide, incline mats, obstacle course, rock climbing, tumble track, rod floor and foam filled training pit. Setup of equipment will vary depending upon the age group. Thirty minutes will be scheduled for eating and opening presents. All decorations, paper products and clean up are included. Each child will also receive a free one hour pass for any of our classes as a gift from us. Fees: Minimum fee of $160.00 provides a great party for ten children. A nonrefundable fifty percent deposit is required to reserve your party. Each additional child is only $8.00 more. Please call in advance to book your party date. They fill very fast. Call (845) 336-6706 Policy: No smoking anywhere in the building. No alcoholic beverages anywhere in the building. All food and beverages are restricted to the eating area only. Participants are not allowed on the equipment without the supervision of party instructor. We assume no responsibility for children not participating in the birthday party or event. In the interest of safety we insist that all children not participating in the party or event remain outside the gym area at all times. Thank you! Note: For non-members of Excel Gymnastics payments must be made in the form of a certified check, money order, credit card or cash. |
