Gymnastics
Gymnastics
classes for pre-school thru competitive athletes, boys
& girls. Programs are baby tots, tiny tots-parent
participation, tumble bears, school age, boys classes,
developmental team, pre-team, USAG competitive teams
levels 3-6 compulsory, 7-10 optional.
Dance
Excel
dance classes for girls and boys 3 years of age thru adult.
Ballet, modern dance, creative movement, jazz
& hip hop.
All
Star Cheerleading & Tumbling
Excel
cheerleading is for boys & girls ages 3 & up.
All aspects of cheerleading, Excel also offers cheer tumbling,
beginner thru advanced and Excel/Cheer Jamz competitive all stars cheer squad .
JUNE-AUG...
Summer
Camps for Gymnastics / Dance / Cheerleading
JUNE-AUG Excel
of the Mid Hudson Valley offers half and full day week long
summer camps. Mini camp
ages 3-5 years old Recreational gymnastics camp for 5 and up.
Also the training center offers 2 weeks of competitive team
camp in August, sign up early for best selection.
MARCH...
Spring Break Camp Gymnastics
Excel
Spring Break Camp
is a 4 day camp for
any girl or boy 3 years of age or older. No
previous experience is required or necessary. Half day 9-12 noon
3 and 4 years old. Full day 9:00 -3:00 pm 5 years old and up.
NOVEMBER...
Thanksgiving Holiday Camp
Excel
Thanksgiving Holiday Camp is held in November, this is a one
day camp for
any girl or boy 3 years of age or older is eligible. No
previous experience is required or necessary. Camp hours
are 9am-12 noon half day 3 and 4 years old. Full
day
9:00 - 3:00 pm 5 years of age and up.
DECEMBER...
Holiday
Camp Gymnastics
Excel
Holiday Camp is held in December during Christmas vacation for
any girl or boy who is 5 years of age or older. No
previous experience is required or necessary. Half
day 9-12 noon 3 and 4 years old. Full day 9:00 -3:00 pm 5
years old and up.
BIRTHDAY PARTIES EVERY WEEKEND...

Birthday Parties
Birthday
parties at Excel Gymnastics are offered on weekends and some
holidays. Excel is a fun and popular spot for birthday parties
and other special celebrations.

ages.

And Scout Troop Field Trips
